Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. We accept all major credit cards. If payment is not received or it is declined, items will not be shipped.

Shipping policies

Shipping is paid by the buyer in the amount agreed at the time of purchase. If your item is lost during shipping, the purchaser must contact the shipping company and file a claim. Once the claim is concluded, we will take action.

International shipping cost may increase and customs fees may apply upon arrival to your country (we are not responsible for duties and taxes or extra shipping fees charged).

If your item is damaged during shipping, we will not be held responsible.

All tracking numbers are sent via email by the carrier you selected after all packages are shipped from our warehouse. If you have any questions regarding your shipping or tracking number, or if you want to track the item(s) you purchased, call the customer service of your selected carrier. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from destinations.

Refund / exchange policy

Items are not entitled to be refunded. If an item is defective, the item may be eligible for a replacement, but it must be approved by our management first. We offer one-time exchange per customer, if requirements are met (see full exchange policy on site).

Cancellation

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase if the item has not been shipped. If the item was shipped, you will be charged the full amount and the cancellation will not be possible. The cancellation must be done within 24 hours from the time you purchased the item, or it will not be processed on time.

By using our AI service, you agree to provide images with your consent. We reserve the right to reject inappropriate content or anything that violates third-party rights.

Ownership and license: You retain ownership of your images but grant us permission to modify and deliver them as the final product. We will not sell or use them without your authorization.

Limitations: The generated images are simulations, and we do not guarantee accuracy. We are not responsible for how you use them.

Nature of content: Our service uses AI to create images based on the information you provide. These are fictional representations and should not be considered medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Responsible use: You are responsible for how you use the generated material. We are not liable for its social, emotional, or legal impact.

Image rights: You must ensure you have permission to use any images you submit to us.

Data processing policy

Data collected: We only store images and necessary data to create your content. We do not share your information without your consent.

Purpose and deletion: Your data is used only for the requested service and is deleted after 30 days, unless you request otherwise.

Security: We protect your information with appropriate security measures. If a data breach occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
